Mach7 Technologies, 3D Medical Merge

Mach7 Technologies announced it has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Australian company 3D Medical.

Burlington, Vt.-based Mach7 is a global provider of enterprise image management systems allowing healthcare providers to share diagnostic images and patient care information.

Under the agreement, 3DM will issue nearly 460 million shares of stock to the owners of Mach7 in return for all assets and intellectual property.

Upon completion of the merger, the new entity will be publicly listed on the Australian stock exchange, trading as Mach7 Technologies Ltd. — John Bechtel
