Gaumard Scientific Company Unveils New Simulators

November 9, 2015

Miami, Fla.-based Gaumard Scientific Company has unveiled its HAL patient simulators and Newborn Tory at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions in Orlando, Fla.

The company demonstrated its HAL S3201 advanced tetherless patient simulator, Pedi HAL S3004 tetherless one-year pediatric simulator, and Newborn Tory neonatal simulator with real EtCO2 capabilities.

Gaumard's technology puts the communications, compressor, and power supply components inside the simulator body, eliminating external tubes, wires and compressors.

John Eggert, executive vice president of Gaumard, says the simulators are consistent with the 2015 CPR and ECC guidelines. — Michael Cipriano
