Paramit to Build Malaysian Facility

Contract manufacturer Paramit has announced plans for a 162,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Penang, Malaysia.

The proposed site, intended to support the company’s existing California facility, will focus on complex medical devices and life sciences instruments.

The facility is planned for completion in June 2016 and is expected to employ a workforce of 800. — Michael Cipriano
