Konica Minolta to Unveil AeroDR LT Radiology Solution

Konica Minolta will showcase its AeroDR LT digital radiology solution at the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America.

The device is designed to minimize the effects of wear and tear that come with alternative wireless flat panels.

Its digital features, such as usability with most fixed and portable X-ray devices, enable radiologists to diagnose a patient within one second of use and deliver fully processed images in as little as six seconds, the company says.

It also features a lithium ion capacitor, which allows users to receive up to 4.1 hours of imaging use, or 150 images. — Michael Cipriano
