Hills to Distribute Essence’s Care@Home Solutions in Australia

Cloud-based solutions company Essence has partnered with Hills, a medical technology distributor, to offer Essence’s Care@Home line of solutions to Australia's senior population.

Care@Home products feature a series of sensors and algorithms to learn the daily habits and behaviors of individuals.

They also are designed to alert caregivers to any deviation from the daily routine that could indicate a change in health conditions. Skipping meals, reduced activity or spending an unusually length of time in the bathroom are examples that may trigger an alert.
