Caputron Launches mindGear Headset

Caputron Medical, which specializes in personalized medical devices, has launched its FDA-cleared mindGear headset for the treatment of depression, insomnia and anxiety.

The battery-powered device connects to the head through special hydroPod electrodes. Users dial in a customized therapy and experience a painless session that lasts about half an hour, the New York City-based company says.
