Cook Medical to Market Urologic Applications of Mauna Kea’s Cellvizio

Mauna Kea Technologies has partnered with Cook Medical to commercialize Mauna Kea’s urology applications of its Cellvizio platform.

Cook will launch a private-labeled version of Cellvizio – a multi-disciplinary confocal laser endomicroscopy platform – for urologic applications in the first half of 2016.

Urologic applications may include detection and surveillance for cancer recurrence among the more than 500,000 bladder cancer patients in the U.S., according to France-based Mauna Kea Technologies.
