Schryver Medical Completes Acquisitions of Device and Diagnostic Firms

Mobile imaging diagnostics and clinical laboratory services provider Schryver Medical Sales and Marketing has completed its acquisition of Community Portable X-Ray and MetroStat Clinical Laboratory/MetroStat Diagnostic Services.

With the transactions, the Denver, Colo.-based company has stamped its entrance into the Texas market.

Community Portable X‐Ray is a provider of mobile X‐ray and other imaging services, while MetroStat offers clinical laboratory services, mobile X‐ray and other mobile imaging services.
