Omnicell Completes Aesynt Buy

Omnicell has completed its acquisition of Aesynt Holding Coöperatief U.A. for approximately $275 million.

The purchase will help Omnicell broaden its product portfolio across centralized and decentralized medication management solutions, accelerate the development of enterprise software and analytics and expand its presence in hospital pharmacy IV solutions.

Omnicell previously entered into a $400 million senior secured credit facility with Wells Fargo Securities in connection with the acquisition. — Michael Cipriano
