Sinocare Group Completes Nipro Diagnostics Buy

Sinocare Group has completed its acquisition of Nipro Diagnostics. Financial terms were not disclosed.

With the completion of the purchase, Nipro will be renamed Trividia Health.

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Trividia is a global health and wellness company and a provider of advanced performance products for people with diabetes. — Michael Cipriano
