Lantheus Sells Canadian Radiopharmacies to Isologic

Lantheus Holdings has sold its radiopharmacies and Gludef manufacturing and distribution business in Canada to Isologic Innovative Radiopharmaceuticals, according to an SEC filing.

Under the transaction — worth $9 million in cash — Lantheus also will supply Isologic with certain products for an undisclosed number of years.

The transaction includes three radiopharmacies owned by Lantheus that prepare individual, patient-ready doses of radiopharmaceuticals that are sold to healthcare providers.

Lantheus retains its business in Canada that sells its bulk radiopharmaceuticals. — Michael Cipriano
