HealthMyne Awarded Clearance for Analytics Software

Imaging informatics provider HealthMyne has nabbed FDA 510(k) clearance for its new analytics software package, which is designed to provide radiologists with improved workflow efficiencies related to oncology cases.

The software features image characterization and tracking features in a quantitative imaging dashboard, which includes time-sequenced electronic health record information.

It also allows for the tracking of a nodule or tumor over multiple, spatially registered imaging studies, which can show information about whether the structure is growing, shrinking or stable, HealthMyne says. — Michael Cipriano
