Elos CEO to Bid Adieu, Search for Successor Begins

Sweden’s Elos Medtech is kicking off its search for a new president and CEO after Johannes Lind-Widestam announced he will be leaving the company in the middle of the year.

Stig-Arne Blom, chair of the Elos board, hailed Lind-Widestam for his accomplishments, including playing an instrumental role in the acquisition of U.S.-based Onyx Medical.  Memphis, Tenn.-based Onyx makes wires, guide pins, half pins, drills and screws for orthopedic companies.
