Stryker Announces Retirement of CFO

William R. Jellison, Stryker’s vice president and chief financial officer, has announced his plans to retire. He will remain in his position through the end of the first quarter to ensure a smooth transition.

Glenn S. Boehnlein, who currently serves as group CFO for MedSurg & Neurotechnology, will assume the role of VP and CFO, effective April 1.

Jellison intends to become more involved with board roles. He recently joined the board of PolyOne Corporation. — Jonathon Shacat
