LabStyle Innovations to Launch Dario Blood Glucose Monitoring System

LabStyle Innovations is preparing to launch its Dario blood glucose monitoring system in the U.S. in the first quarter of this year.

The national rollout follows the FDA’s 510(k) clearance of the system in December 2015.

Direct-to-consumer sales through LabStyle’s U.S. website — as well as through online retailers like Amazon — are slated to begin in the first quarter. Sales through various nonexclusive third party distributors and medical equipment suppliers are expected to start in the first and second quarters of this year. — Jonathon Shacat
