ResMed Completes Acquisition of Inova Labs

ResMed has acquired Inova Labs, a privately held medical device company based in Austin, Texas, that develops and markets oxygen therapy products.

The transaction’s financial terms were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, ResMed’s respiratory care portfolio now encompasses both innovative portable oxygen concentrators and stationary options for the home, including:

• LifeChoice Activox – lightweight, portable oxygen concentrators that offer extended battery life for freedom and mobility; and
• Activox DUO2 – the industry’s first fully integrated stationary and portable oxygen concentrator system. — Jonathon Shacat
