Adcomm to Discuss Drug Compounding in March

The Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee will convene March 8 and 9 to provide advice on scientific, technical and medical issues concerning drug compounding under the FD&C Act, the FDA announced in a prepublication notice in the Federal Register.

The announcement comes in light of a slew of warning letters issued to compounders, including 25 issued in 2015.
