Nipro Introduces Balloon Catheter

Nipro North America has launched the Cronus HP high-pressure, 0.035" over-the-wire, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty balloon catheter.

Cronus HP is specified for percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in the femoral, popliteal, iliac and renal arteries and for the treatment of obstructive lesions in native or synthetic arteriovenous dialysis fistulae.

It is designed to treat AVF stenosis, stretching from basic, focal, venous outflow strictures to more complex juxta-anastomotic obstructions in early fistula failures. — Anisa Jibrell
