Ethicon to Acquire NeuWave Medical

Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon subsidiary has entered an agreement to acquire NeuWave Medical.

Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Completion of the acquisition is expected by the second quarter, according to the company.
