Visunex Gains FDA Clearance for PanoCam Pro Imaging System

Visunex Medical Systems has received FDA clearance for its PanoCam Pro Wide-field Imaging System for newborn vision screening.

The device is a wireless imaging system used to spot external, anterior and posterior segment vision disorders.

“The advent of technology that helps assess the structures and function of the retina, combined with software solutions that elevate patient care is a huge step forward,” said Darius Moshfeghi, director of pediatric vitreoretinal surgery and ophthalmologic telemedicine at Stanford University. — Anisa Jibrell
