Nemaura Medical Wins CE Mark for sugarBEAT Glucose Monitoring System

Nemaura Medical has received a CE mark for its sugarBEAT continuous glucose monitoring system.

U.S. studies should begin by mid-2016, and the product is expected to launch by the end of the year with European partner, DBJ Jersey.

The device is minimally invasive versus existing options, the company says, letting users decide to use the patch without having to wear it permanently. — Anisa Jibrell
