Luminex Snags CE-IVD Marking for ARIES System, ARIES HSV 1&2 Assay

Luminex has won CE-IVD marking for its ARIES system and ARIES HSV 1&2 assay, the company announced Monday.

The system and test bagged FDA clearance in October 2015.

The ARIES system is designed to reduce laboratory error, and the ARIES HSV 1&2 assay is a diagnostic test designed to detect and classify herpes simplex virus. — Anisa Jibrell
