Tekcapital Acquires 3 Stryker Devices

Tekcapital subsidiary Belluscura has entered an agreement to acquire the exclusive rights to three medical devices belonging to Stryker.

The devices include Stryker’s non-ambulatory patient evacuation sled Slyde, its tocar Passport and the level of consciousness monitor SNAP II.

Belluscura will market the devices — which are protected by 19 issued and pending patents — in the U.S. and Europe, according to Tekcapital. — Anisa Jibrell
