Auris Surgical to Acquire Hansen Medical

Auris Surgical Robotics has agreed to buy Hansen Medical in a deal worth about $80 million.

As part of the agreement, Hansen will invest roughly $49 million into Auris upon the deal’s close.

Completion of the transaction is contingent on customary closing conditions and is expected to be finalized mid-year. — Anisa Jibrell
