Philips Broadens Patient Monitoring Portfolio With SET Technology

Royal Philips has introduced its patient monitoring platform IntelliVue in conjunction with Masimo rainbow SET technology.

The SET technology noninvasively examines wavelengths of light to quantify hemoglobin, oxygen content, carboxyhemoglobin, methemoglobin and Pleth variability index. The technology is compatible with all of the company’s existing IntelliVue monitors.
