Intuity Medical Earns FDA Clearance for POGO Blood Glucose System

Intuity Medical has nabbed FDA clearance for its POGO automatic blood glucose monitoring system, which packs testing, lancing, blood collection and analysis into one test.

The system requires a blood sample of 0.25 microliters and eliminates the need for separate test supplies.

In conjunction with the company’s Patterns diabetes management application, the system offers the ability to share and manage glucose information in the cloud. — Anisa Jibrell
