Allied 100 Picks Up Lifeguard Medical Solutions

Allied 100, a distributor of automated external defibrillators, has acquired fellow AED provider Lifeguard Medical Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

Through the purchase of Nashville, Tenn.-based Lifeguard, Allied says it will solidify itself as a leading provider of AEDs in the U.S.
