RoundTable Healthcare Partners to Acquire Symmetry Surgical

Lake Forest, Ill.-based RoundTable Healthcare has entered into an agreement to acquire Symmetry Surgical for $140.3 million.

The deal is expected to be finalized by late second or early third quarter and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Symmetry Surgical is based in Nashville, Tennessee and specializes in single-use surgical instruments and specialty devices. — Anisa Jibrell
