FDA Adds Another Chinese Drugmaker to Import Alert List

The FDA has added another Chinese drugmaker to the import alert list for promoting and labeling unapproved drugs for use in the U.S.

Three versions of Tianjin Oculax Biotech’s AcuPoint patch were added to the list last week, all for claims on the product’s label and website, the import alert list shows.
