Zimmer Biomet Completes Acquisition of Cayenne Medical

Zimmer Biomet has finalized its acquisition of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Cayenne Medical, developer of soft tissue repair and reconstruction for the knee, shoulder and extremities.

Financial terms of the buyout were not disclosed.

The Warsaw, Ind.-based company announced the acquisition last month, saying that the buyout would broaden its current menu of sports medicine solutions. — Anisa Jibrell
