BD Introduces FACSMelody System

Becton, Dickinson and Company has unveiled its FACSMelody system, expanding the company’s menu of cell sorters.

The cell sorting system pinpoints and identifies cells of rare subpopulations and features FACSChorus software for organizing droplets and guiding the cells into collection devices, the company says.

The system will be presented at the annual meeting of the Congress of the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry in Seattle. — Anisa Jibrell
