NuVasive to Acquire Biotronic NeuroNetwork

NuVasive has entered a definitive agreement to pick up healthcare provider Biotronic NeuroNetwork for $98 million in cash, the San Diego, Calif-based company announced.

Based in Ann Arbor, Mich., Biotronic offers intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring services. The deal doubles the size of NuVasive’s geographic footprint.
