Stentys Nabs FDA Clearance for Longest Version of Xposition Stent

The FDA has granted clearance to Stentys’ 37 mm Xposition S sirolimus-eluting self-apposing stent.

The clearance bolsters the company’s existing Xposition stent portfolio, which already consists of three lengths –17-, 22- and 27 mm.

The stents are intended to adjust to vessels with fluctuating diameters to eliminate malapposition issues linked to traditional stents. — Anisa Jibrell
