NuGEN Technologies Taps Nitin Sood as New CEO

NuGEN Technologies has appointed Nitin Sood as its new CEO, succeeding Elizabeth Hutt, the San Carlos, Calif.-based company announced Tuesday.

Previously, Sood served as vice president and general manager and life science instruments at PerkinElmer, and as CEO of Boreal Genomics, provider of liquid biopsy tools.

According to the company, Hutt left to pursue another opportunity. — Anisa Jibrell
