Merck Inks Agreement With HAPPYneuron

Merck KGaA has entered into an agreement with HAPPYneuron under which Merck will gain an exclusive license to market the company’s cognitive remediation training program for patients with multiple sclerosis.

Under the deal, HAPPYneuron’s program will be incorporated into Merck’s MSdialog platform, a move that bolsters Merck’s offerings for patient support programs in MS.
