Czech Regulator Yanks Distribution Licenses From Three Wholesalers

A Czech regulator has snatched distribution licenses from three drug wholesalers for violating good distribution practice rules.

Last week, the State Institute of Drug Control accused all three companies of “seriously violating” GDP. While First Pharma’s non-compliance report contained no more information, WebCash’s letter states that the company failed to use authorized storage facilities and did not hire a qualified compliance officer. The final company, Duchcovská distribuční, also was cited for not hiring a qualified compliance officer.
