FDA Extends Comment Period for Special Protocol Guidance

The FDA has extended its comment period for a draft guidance on special protocol assessments for investigational new drugs to July 19.

The agency attributes the extension to maintenance on the Federal eRulemaking portal from July 1 through July 5.

The draft guidance was previously released for comment in May.
