Mayne Pharma Scoops Up Teva and Allergan Generic Products for $652M

Mayne Pharma has agreed to buy more than 40 generic products from Teva and Allergan for $652 million.

The acquired portfolio covers 37 approved and five FDA-filed products. The deal is part of Teva’s previously announced divestment of assets to placate regulatory pushback due to its purchase of Allergan’s generics division.

Mayne Pharma did not identify any of the drugs covered by the deal, nor did it disclose when the deal will be finalized.
