BioLytical Lands CE Mark Approval for HIV Self-Test

BioLytical has earned CE mark approval for its INSTI HIV self-testing kit, the company announced Monday.

The test requires one drop of blood and can pinpoint HIV antibodies “two weeks sooner” than other kits, according to the company.

The test is an OTC version of the company’s INSTI HIV-1/HIV-2 antibody test. — Anisa Jibrell
