LifeBond Scores IDE Approval for LifeSeal

LifeBond has won IDE approval from the FDA for a study of its LifeSeal surgical sealant kit, the company announced Thursday.

The kit is intended to reduce staple-line leakage in gastrointestinal resection procedures, the company said.
