Philogen Partners With Janssen Biotech on Drug Development

Biotech firm Philogen has entered into a collaboration and licensing agreement with Johnson & Johnson division Janssen Biotech, the two companies disclosed Wednesday.

The venture will focus on discovering and developing a new class of immunomodulatory therapeutics.

Neither company disclosed the terms of the deal.
