Teva Launches Generic Gleevec Tablets in the U.S.

Teva has gone to market with two dosages of generic Gleevec, the company disclosed Friday.

The drug is indicated for newly diagnosed adult and pediatric patients with a chronic form of myeloid leukemia.

Tablet dosages are available in 100 mg and 400 mg.
