Cellnovo Submits 510(k) Application to FDA for Diabetes Management System

Cellnovo has filed for 510(k) approval for marketing clearance of the company's diabetes management system.

Cellnovo’s device system comprises an insulin pump patch and mobile touchscreen controller with a built-in blood-glucose meter.

This device regulates insulin injections and has automatic transmission of data to a secured server, which also allows the patient’s condition to be continually monitored by family members and healthcare professionals in real time. — Cynthia Jessup
