OrbusNeich Launches Combo Plus Stent

Hong Kong-based OrbusNeich has launched its latest generation dual therapy stent (DTS), the Combo Plus.

The Combo Plus has an anti-CD34 antibody biological coating that activates vessel healing combined with a smoother injection for patients with complex coronary artery disease.

Following implantation, the biological coating on the outer surface of the Combo Plus captures endothelial reproducing cells then initiates and accelerates the healing process by forming an endothelial layer.

The device employs a balloon catheter with a lubricated, hydrophilic coating and smaller shaft diameter for smoother injection. — Cynthia Jessup
