Boston Scientific Files Lawsuit Against Nevro

Boston Scientific has filed a lawsuit against Nevro alleging patent infringement.

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court of Delaware, alleges infringement on stimulation leads, batteries and telemetry units’ technology.

Nevro filed a lawsuit against Boston Scientific on Nov. 28 for alleged infringement of their Senza system and HF10 therapy. — Cynthia Jessup
