Mozambique’s Drug Authority Clamping Down on India Pharmaceutical Quality

The Mozambique Drug Authority is pushing the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in India to improve the quality of drugs manufactured in India.

During a meeting of the Drugs Consultative Committee, which took place earlier this month, K. L. Sharma, the joint secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, requested members of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) take proactive measures when complaints received on drugs exported from India.
