FDA Clears Additive Orthopaedics Locking Lattice Plating System

April 17, 2017

New Jersey–based Additive Orthopaedics has received FDA marketing clearance for its 3D printed Locking Lattice plating system.

The device is designed to assist in stabilization and fusion of fractures, osteotomies and arthrodesis of small bones.

These plates can be implanted either alone with locking or non-locking screws, or in conjunction with our 3D printed bone segments through the use of a connection screw.

This is the company’s fifth product line. — Cynthia Jessup
