CurveBeam Achieves FDA Clearance for InReach Cone Beam CT System

CurveBeam has received FDA marketing clearance for the InReach, a Cone Beam CT Imaging system designed for the hand, wrist, elbow, and lower extremities.

The compact scanner provides high-contrast 3D images of the bony anatomy. The unit can also accommodate lower limb imaging. Scan times are less than 30 seconds.

The InReach device uses the company’s custom visualization software that provides digitally reconstructed radiographs.  — Cynthia Jessup
