Informational Meetings on Australian Drug Inspections

Australia’s Therapeutics Goods Administration is inviting drug manufacturers to informational meetings about the government’s pharmacovigilance inspection program.

Up to two pharmacovigilance personnel can attend from any company for a face-to-face information session about the program. Each session will cover the pharmacovigilance guidelines, preparing for inspections, inspection process, and close out of inspections and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about the program, GA said.

The meetings will be held in Sydney on Sept. 12, in Melbourne on Sept. 27 and in Brisbane on Oct. 4. Participants can register at the TGA website: www.tga.gov.au.
