Complaints to UK Trade Group Increased Last Year

Complaints to the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority spiked in 2016, according to the British trade group’s annual report.

The number of complaints against the group’s members increased from 54 in the previous year to 76 last year, resulting in 100 cases, up from 76 for the previous year.

The number of individual allegations, meanwhile, more than doubled, increasing from 198 in 2015 to 420 in 2016.
